Daniel Morell is founder, owner and executive of stratamo GmbH, a company based in the city of Luzern in Switzerland.
Before Daniel moved to Luzern, he was owner and executive of stratamo GmbH in Munich, Germany, for two years after he had managed successfully the affairs of the company stratamo GmbH in Zug, Switzerland as owner and executive for eight years. In his roles in Zug, Switzerland, and Munich, Germany, he had created tailored business data analytics tools for clients of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. These tools provided valuable insights by answering relevant business questions in a visualized and interactive way.

Before starting his own corporation in Zug, Switzerland, Daniel worked in business planning & analysis at Amgen, in R&D portfolio management and as assistant to the executive board member for R&D at Schwarz Pharma (UCB Group). Before joining the pharmaceutical industry he worked in the IT division at BayernLB, a large German bank.
Daniel graduated from the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich with the degree of Doctor of Sciences at the Department of Chemistry and Applied Biosciences. His thesis focused on the "Implementation and application of a new approach for extending time scales in ab-initio molecular dynamics simulations". During this time he had done complex programming and successfully completed demanding computations.
He received his Diploma in Chemistry from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and has an executive business education from Harvard Business School, Program for Leadership Development.
